How to send items for repair or processing

  1. Include a printed order summary and a separate sheet with your name, email and return address.
  2. Describe the fault clearly and include any relevant history (previous repairs, symptoms).
  3. Use a padded box and add internal padding to prevent movement.
  4. For international shipments include HS code 3707.90 and declared value.
For urgent repairs contact us before sending so we can reserve a slot and advise on shipping and insurance.

Repairs, EU customers and returns

We accept repairs from EU customers. Please note the following to avoid delays:

  • Include a clear commercial invoice and declared value for customs.
  • Mark the parcel as "Repair and return" where possible to reduce import VAT/fees.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT charged by customs on return shipments.
  • We will provide an itemised repair invoice and return shipping options (tracked, insured).
EU Returns / VAT — We will supply documentation to support repair returns. If customs require payment on return, we will notify you and advise on reclaim procedures.
Shipping options — Standard tracked return; insured courier available on request (extra cost).
