Sending equipment

Use a tracked service. Declare the parcel as “Camera for repair – no commercial value”. Include your name, return address and a short description of the fault.

Customs

EU parcels entering the UK may be assessed by customs. Correct declaration usually prevents charges. Any charge applied is recorded against the repair case.

Return shipping

Repaired items are returned using a tracked service. The parcel is declared as “Repaired item – return to owner” to avoid EU import VAT.

Timescale

Standard turnaround is 2–4 weeks depending on workload and parts availability.
