How repairs work
- Send the item with a short description of the fault and contact details.
- Test camera all functions before sending including flash or ask 'test flash'.
- We inspect and provide a written estimate and timescale.
- We proceed only after your approval; parts and labour are itemised on the invoice.
Turnaround — typical servicing 10–14 working days; complex restorations take longer.
Pricing and parts
We aim to keep parts costs transparent. Where parts are rare we will source and show options before ordering. Labour is charged per service type and quoted in the estimate.
Payment — card, bank transfer or PayPal on collection or before return shipment.
