Use a tracked postal or courier service. Declare the parcel as “Camera for repair – no commercial value”. Include your name, email address, return address and a short description of the fault.
Customs
Parcels entering the UK may be inspected. Correct declaration usually prevents charges. Any charge applied is recorded against the repair case.
Return shipping
Repaired items are returned using a tracked service. The parcel is declared as “Repaired item – return to owner” to avoid import VAT in most countries.
Timescale
Standard turnaround is 2–4 weeks depending on workload and parts availability. International transit times vary by region.
