See some examples from the MINOX II and VEF Riga cameras. All these films are on slow speed film, and have been scanned using our customised system. Close examination shows the edge to edge sharpness of the lens and fine grain structure of the film. All this images are from 1951: Madrid, and the Festival of Britain.
The sharpest MINOX photographs I see are from 1950's and 1960's black and white slow films (12-25 ASA). These photographs are from Eric Campbell LRPS, taken in Madrid in 1951 with a MINOX II camera. For colour I see the 1960's slides and negatives from Agfa as superior to what I see today.
