For the Millenium Minox bought out a stunnig black scratch-proof model. Tastefully edged with gold dials (for a change) and sometimes sold with a Mont Blanc Pen, the LX 2000 was the penultimate black LX model.
Finished in Titanal Eloxat (an anti-scratch black aluminium) with gold-plated dials, and edging. The LX 2000 was launched in 1999 at a price of £1500 and came with a included a limited edition Mont Blanc Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart edition fountain pen. However, the camera/pen combination was replaced by just a camera. The LX2000 did come with a soft high quality case
LX 2000 currently selloing between 800-1250 Euros. However, that is without the outer box. The outer box is the same type used in the Minox Gold LX II from 1996.
